The shift from January to May is a Kapha season, we come from the cold and dry Vata season to the nourishing, rich and watery Kapha season. In April the temperatures are getting warmer, the trees and flowers are starting to bloom. For our body it is just the right time to Detox and also to lose some weight – if you want to!
